### Motivation

This compiler is used when making games for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System using [PVSnesLib](https://github.com/alekmaul/pvsneslib), and it has a lot of unintuitive behavior and hidden gotchas. Having support for this compiler in Compiler Explorer could be useful while debugging.
