[BUG]: Assembly binary output results in Clang segfault for M-series ARM

### Describe the bug

Assembly output: (the `???` are in the line number bit)

Compiler output:

```

```

### Steps to reproduce

1. Visit godbolt.org
2. Select any of the ARMv7-a Clang compilers
3. Add the flag `-mcpu=cortex-m4`

This works with any source, by the way.
