Description
[As described here](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/RegExp/sticky#Anchored_sticky_flag), the `y` flag should not change the meaning of the `^` symbol. (This is pretty minor, I know.)
