Description
There is an open comment in the module as to whether FCS_STG_EXT.1 should be mandatory or optional. For review purposes, just to put it somewhere, we will put it as mandatory but this issue is being opened since it's unclear that's where it should actually go.
Note that there was also a comment about this SFR being problematic in cases where the App PP is the base, but since that has been removed that part of the comment is resolved.
