## Expected Behavior
cwltool reporting memory usage with a clear indicator the output is from cwltool, not from the application being run.
## Actual Behavior
memory usage is reported inline in output, no information this is from cwltool

cwltool used by MC during tutorial session at ASTRON 30/4/2019
