Organise a User Guide translate-a-thon

We discussed that in a previous meeting. I am planning to work on the Brazilian Portuguese, maybe small updates to Spanish and Japanese. Maybe @manabuishii knows someone interested in helping with Japanese.

Start by locating the previous meeting discussion referenced in the issue and identify the User Guide materials to translate. Clarify the Brazilian Portuguese scope, any Spanish and Japanese updates, and who will organize or contribute to Chinese and other languages; done should be a defined translation session with agreed language coverage.
