Limit the size of summary for User Gallery

When I wrote the user gallery entrees for the initial release of the new user page - I made sure to keep the entries brief. I have notices some of the new entries are quite large - making the large difficult to parse through. Can we make a limit to the number of words that description of the project is allowed?
