Feature request: Option to change the format of the scope

By default it would look something this:
`feat(TI-05): ✨ added the new blocks container`

However how i need it is like this:
`feat: TI-05 - added the new blocks container`

is it possible to add a option to determine the scope, something like this:
```json
{
scopeFormat: "(scope):" // would be the default
}
```
but by changing this to this:
```json
{
scopeFormat: " :scope" // would be the default
}
```
would result in: `feat: TI-05 - added the new blocks container`
