Propose: make answers persistent even be aborted halfway

Sometimes, We need to use the answers in last time.

e.g:

First:
- type: `style`
- scope: `bar`
but It's aborted anyway (Maybe pressed `ctrl + C` by mistake)

Twice:
**We have to replay the answers (type: `style` and `scope`: `bar`), it's agonizing. 😭**

So, I propose that it could reading last answers by `git cz --read` and it's implemented by [inquirer-store](https://github.com/imcuttle/inquirer-store)
