Writing the result of the script `github_repo_request_local.py` to Supabase database

This will help to extract various columns and information from various tables at the stage of analysing the data later on.
I'd like to also write the list of test filenames to another table in the database, instead of a text file.

Define how the extracted columns and information should be written to Supabase, including the list of test filenames in a separate table; the work is done when both outputs are stored in the database for later analysis.
