Description

Update: Resolved by replacing the Comma 4 device. Although support initially believed it was a Panda software issue, the replacement unit has been fault free. More details are in the comments below.

### Describe the bug

OpenPilot engages normally and works perfectly for approximately 10 to 15 seconds. After that, the vehicle throws an LKAS Fault, OpenPilot disengages, and the factory driver assistance systems stop functioning.

Once the fault occurs:

LKAS is disabled.
Factory Adaptive Cruise Control no longer works.
Factory Lane Keep Assist no longer works.
Troubleshooting performed
Installed StarPilot initially.
Received the LKAS Fault after approximately 10 to 15 seconds of driving.
Factory reset the Comma 4.
Reflashed the device.
Installed the latest official OpenPilot.
Reproduced the exact same issue on official OpenPilot.

Since the behavior is identical on both StarPilot and official OpenPilot, it does not appear to be fork specific.

Additional Information
The issue does not occur immediately.
OpenPilot engages successfully.
Steering works normally until the fault occurs.
Vehicle selection was entered manually during setup on StarPilot, it recognized my vehicle as an EUV on OpenPilot.

Has anyone seen this before or have suggestions for additional debugging? I'm wondering if this points toward:

Harness/connector issue
Vehicle fingerprint/configuration issue
CAN communication issue
Hardware issue with the Comma 4
Something else

I'm happy to provide logs or any additional information that would help diagnose the problem.
