Description
Continuation of https://github.com/commaai/opendbc/issues/3410. Anyone with a Nissan is free to try and fix any of these
- [x] EPS fault on light driver override torque - https://github.com/commaai/opendbc/pull/3407
- [ ] EPS fault on high angle request (or could be lat accel, or have timing component, or our max torque is not high enough)
- [ ] ~EPS fault on high angle rate (maybe Toyota fault prevention works)~ Actually it may be high driver torque instead, faults even while disengaged when user turns wheel fast

Research direction
Start by reading the continuation issue #3410 and the linked PR #3407 to understand the Nissan steering-fault context and what has already been addressed. Investigate the remaining unchecked EPS-fault scenarios, and consider the work done only when the relevant faults are reproduced, understood, and resolved without introducing new steering issues.
