GM: Cruise fault on light brake pressure coming to stop.

This happens for me when light pressure is applied to the pedal. I think it's the vehicle sensing the braking resistance and faulting based on the runaway issues in the past (not GM related issues/recalls, but I know the logic is there for everyone)
