2023 Hyundai Kona Electric Humming Sound when Override.

### Describe the bug

Whenever I try to override my 2023 Hyundai Kona Electric, there will be a humming sound. This sounds louder when the model steers to the right and I steer to the opposite side. Here are the routes to it.
