HKG: False driver attention alerts from stock LKA

### Describe the bug

I can’t seem to find the rhyme or reason, but every so often I get an alert from my OEM system saying that no driver hands are detected on the steering wheel

Part of the appeal of buying a comma was the promise that I wouldn’t have to touch the wheel
