Invalid not enough storage error

If I comment out the exception throwing, flashing works perfectly fine.

I suggest this check to be non-blocking - more like a warning that you can skip.

Reproduce the storage error in Brave on macOS using the flashing flow described in the issue, then locate the check that throws the exception. Verify how the flow behaves when that exception is removed and determine whether completion can continue while presenting the condition as a warning; done means flashing is not blocked by this check.
