file management: support multiple file name extensions

We're [adding support for zstd log file compression](https://github.com/commaai/openpilot/pull/32736), and connect is one of the last pieces of infrastructure needing to be updated.

There is an API endpoint that returns a list of files, you should be able to know what extension the qlog is, and then know to request the rlog with the correct file extension.

Not a bounty yet, as I'm still deciding if having athena support extension-less log upload requests will solve most of this
