Screen wake up via tap

When I wake up my screen then it directly activates the field/button behind the dark screen. Would be great if it only would activate the screen.

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the screen-wake and touch-handling code, then reproduce waking the screen with a tap. Done means waking the screen does not activate the field or button behind the dark screen.
