imagecropping support for plone

just skimmed over your plip-status-worksheet and noticed that you mentioned [plip 10174](https://dev.plone.org/ticket/10174) as within your scope of responsibility.

on the last plone-conf we created a new addon that does image cropping for archetypes and will do for dexterity content, too. however it still needs some love.

maybe the ui team can review the package and tell us what is needed to get it into plone core.
maybe some people are even willing to contribute to get out the next release that supports dexterity too (tune up?)
