Integrate with buildout

Make templer.\* modules descended from templer.plone detect whether they are in a buildout or src directory and act intelligently depending on that context.

Put packages in ./src if run in buildout directory

Detect buildout and offer to add package to eggs and develop (or mr.developer) sections. buildouts used by standard installers will have insert points defined using paster conventions.
