autogenerated tests.py is a little funky

I don't use doc tests all that much, and prefer RF/unit testing, but the auto generated test stanza for running the generated doc tests seems to be incomplete.

Start by locating the generator that produces tests.py and inspect the autogenerated test stanza for generated doctests. Compare the stanza with the project’s RF/unit-testing expectations and determine what is missing. Done means the generated tests.py contains a complete runnable doctest stanza, verified by the relevant generated test output.
