show_google_maps_link boolean is not used anywhere

in the control panel, there's a "show_google_maps_link" boolean to display a google map link but selecting it does not display any link nor this value is used anywhere in the code.

Start at the control-panel definition of show_google_maps_link and trace where the geolocation widget renders its map link. Confirm how the setting is read and add coverage for both enabled and disabled states; done means selecting the option visibly controls the link.
