Add action to enable/disable instance behavior(s) on contents (?)

We have the use case of allowing editors to add instance behaviors on specific contents TTW.
We think about an action that leads to a form listing all available behaviors (or maybe filtered behaviors) to choose from.
This is a feature we could add in this package ... but is it useful / matching the scope of this package ?

Depending on the answer, we will implement it here in a PR or in our own package.
