Description

Please consider, you do not need access to collective to create pull request or report an issue.

In order to not flood the collective with persons who actually do not need access, please tell us details.

# I checked

- [x] I understand that the Collective is dedicated to projects related to Plone.
- [x] I read https://collective.github.io/
- [x] I will follow the [Plone Code of Conduct](https://plone.org/foundation/about/materials/foundation-resolutions/code-of-conduct) - Be excellent to each other.

# Project/s I plan to work on:

1. I am still exploring the Plone ecosystem and the Collective projects, so I do not want to claim ownership of a specific project too early.
2. I am interested in helping with small issues, documentation improvements, testing, bug reports, examples, and beginner-friendly tasks across Collective projects.
3. I would also like to find projects where I can learn how the Plone community works, communicate with maintainers, and gradually contribute more meaningful code changes.

# My motivation

I am new to the Plone ecosystem, but I am very interested in learning more about it and becoming involved in the community.

At this stage, my main motivation is to explore the Collective projects, understand how they are organized, and find opportunities where I can be useful. I am especially interested in communication with maintainers and other contributors, because I believe this is the best way for a beginner to learn the project culture, understand real needs, and avoid unnecessary or duplicate work.

I understand that access to the Collective is not required just to create a pull request or report an issue. However, I would like to request access because I want to become more actively involved over time, follow the development process more closely, and contribute in a responsible way.

As a beginner, I plan to start with small and safe contributions, such as improving documentation, fixing minor issues, testing changes, reviewing existing issues, and asking questions when I am unsure. My goal is not only to get access, but to become a helpful and respectful member of the Plone community.

Thank you!
