Research direction
Start by reading Variable.switch_ and SwitchBootstraps, focusing on how external classes are handled and which label types are supported. The work is done when SwitchBootstraps is used where possible for long, float, double, boolean, class, and EnumDesc labels without changing support for arbitrary object cases.
