Description

The Variable.switch_ method supports arbitrary object cases, unless the class being made is external. The SwitchBootstraps class should be used when possible: for labels of type long, float, double, boolean, class, and EnumDesc.

Research direction

Start by reading Variable.switch_ and SwitchBootstraps, focusing on how external classes are handled and which label types are supported. The work is done when SwitchBootstraps is used where possible for long, float, double, boolean, class, and EnumDesc labels without changing support for arbitrary object cases.
