README information issue

Hi!

The readme says:

> By only registering a subset of your workflows/activities with a given worker you can split processing across as many workers as you need.

However, the temporal docs say this:

> All Workers listening to a given Task Queue must have identical registrations of Activities and/or Workflows.

I'm wondering if the README here needs to be updated, or if I'm missing some internal behavior of this gem or Temporal itself?
