Bug: using outdated Farcaster SDK package

### Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

On https://github.com/coinbase/onchainkit/tree/main/packages/create-onchain/templates/minikit-basic

the import is @farcaster/frame-sdk which is now superseeded by @farcaster/miniapp-sdk

same for the wagmi connector packages from the Farcaster team.

### What's the expected behavior?

using the up to date package names.
