Feature Request: Detect and List Available Installed Wallet Apps/Extensions Dynamically

### Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, the wallet modal includes hardcoded options for MetaMask and Phantom. However, if a user does not have these wallets installed, those options become non-functional.

Instead, the modal should dynamically detect the wallets available on the user’s system and display only those options. This would provide a more seamless and intuitive experience.
