Bug: Fund Wallet Link Breaks For EOAs

### Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

1. Go to any dapp that uses the FundWalletLink component (ex: https://billsplit.xyz)
2. Connect with an EOA like CB wallet or Metamask
3. Click the fund wallet link (in the bill split app, this is in the dropdown under the USDC logo

### What's the expected behavior?

The user is taken to a place where they can fund their wallet
