Read-only CHAIN4663 evidence tools for AgentKit MCP

CHAIN4663 is an independent evidence project for Robinhood Chain (EVM chain ID 4663). This is not an official Robinhood request, and it does not claim current support, compatibility, safety, or endorsement.

AgentKit provides an MCP extension and supports custom actions. CHAIN4663 has
an agent quickstart exposing structured truth state, evidence boundaries,
event cursors, and event verification with no directional advice or signing.
Would the AgentKit team review a read-only custom-action/MCP mapping and name
the preferred interface and test boundary? Every returned fact remains tied
to its accepted evidence identity.
