Ctrlキーとの組み合わせのショートカットに不具合

再現方法が確定していないものの、ある程度の頻度で、Ctrl + TやCtrl + Wといった、無意識に使うショートカットが空振りするときがある。もう一度押すと反応するので、1度目だけの問題。その後は問題なく使えている。

1. しばらくキー入力していなかった後
2. キーボードのスリープの後
3. Windowsのスリープの後
4. 言語切り替えの後
5. アプリケーションの切り替え直後

1であることは間違いない。2～5はこのあたりのどれかじゃないかと考えているだけで、条件が絞れていない。

Start by reproducing the missed first Ctrl+T or Ctrl+W press after idle, keyboard sleep, Windows sleep, language switching, or application switching. Then inspect the keymap's Ctrl-shortcut and input-state handling; done means the first shortcut press works reliably after the relevant transitions.
