Granular difficult levels on categories: Fundamentals, List-1, String-1, Logic-1

We need more nuance in the problem difficult for these problem categories. Right now all the problems in these categories are listed as easy, but some actually are harder than others from the perspective of a new learner. This should be reflected in the difficult field for each problem.
