compare batches page (lite,premium.live) does not scroll down and thus its content are not visible at the bottom

**Describe the bug**
when u click on compare batches to compare between lite and premium batches , page loads up but it cannot be scrolled down and thus its content are not visible at the bottom

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'buy courses and click on explore for any course'
2. Click on 'compare batches under choose batch column'
3. See error

**Expected behavior**
the compare page must scroll down in order to view its lower content
