Add redirect from catcher instructions to project page if there are events in project

Because for now, when you create a new project, you will stay on the instruction page event if you have successfully installed a catcher and got events

Trace the catcher instructions and project page flow described in the issue, starting with the navigation after a catcher is installed and events are received. Done means a project with events redirects from the instructions page to its project page, while projects without events do not.
