Description
when I have multiple blocks in an editor mode and when I set the stretched property of one of the blocks the toolbar is not stretched as well and appear in the middle of the block. how can I fix it? seems like a bug, also appear in the demo of editor js

Expected behavior:
when a block stretched property is set to true the toolbar instance will also be stretched.
