UX: make it easier to change block type, by clicking the ⠿icon

Currently it is difficult to change the block type.

For example if you type some _text_ and you want to convert it to a _heading_, **you need to select the text. This is difficult, especially on mobile.**

It would be much easier for the user to **change the block type by clicking on the 6 dots ("Click to tune")** already displayed near the block.

I suggest to add the ability to change block type by clicking the ⠿icon.
