[Bug] Table hover actions appearing on top of vertical menu

Description
If you active vertical menu on a new line, and then cursor hovers over a table underneath the menu, the table tune icons appear on top of the vertical menu. It can be replicated on the editorjs homepage right now:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a table
2. Activate vertical menu on the line above or below the table
3. Move your cursor to hover over the table.
Device, Browser, OS: Chrome on iOS
Editor.js version: latest on homepage
