[Bug] Tune box is cutted off in some site

Description

I updated editorjs from version 2.22.2 to 2.23.2, the tune box is cutted off in some small size of browser.

Because the window is relatively small, cannot have large padding. Thus the situation of being cropped appears.

Editor.js version: 2.23.2
