[Bug] Incorrect behavior when applying a marker in a list

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://editorjs.io
2. Under heading "Key features" click on 1st or 2nd list item (not 3rd!) three times to select all the text in it
3. In floating toolbar click "Marker"
Expected behavior: a marker effect is applied to the selected text
Actual behavior: new empty list items appear before and after the selected list item
Screenshots:
Device, Browser, OS: PC, Windows 10, Vivaldi (latest version), same behavior in Chrome, also latest version available
