Inconsistent behavior when interacting with different inline tools

The combination of enabling/disabling some inlinetool has an inconsistent behavior.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the inlinetool clicking over a text
2. Select bold
3. Select link
4. Unselect link

Expected behavior:

In step 3, the bold icon lose its active class. But the text is still bold.
In step 4, the text lose its bold style.

Similar issues when try to change from inlineCode to underline:
- add underline, add marker, remove underline: marker tool lose the active class.
