Description

Design and implement a dedicated Gallery & Event Showcase page to highlight the journey, culture, events, workshops, hackathons, achievements, and community activities of CODEX through a visually engaging experience.

The page should serve as a central hub for showcasing photographs, event highlights, and memorable moments from various CODEX initiatives while maintaining consistency with the existing website design language.

Requirements
  1. Create a dedicated Gallery page accessible through the website navigation.
  2. Design an engaging and responsive gallery layout for displaying event photographs and highlights.
  3. Organize content in a structured and user-friendly manner.
  4. Add appropriate event categorization, grouping, or filtering if required.
  5. Update the Navbar to include navigation to the Gallery page.
  6. Ensure the page follows the existing CODEX branding, responsiveness, and UI standards.
Acceptance Criteria
  • Dedicated Gallery page is successfully implemented.
  • Gallery page is accessible through the Navbar.
  • Design is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • User experience remains consistent with the overall CODEX website.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing website pages, navigation, and Navbar to understand the current design language and responsive patterns. Implement the Gallery page with organized event imagery and any needed categorization, connect it from the Navbar, and verify the layout across desktop, tablet, and mobile; done means the acceptance criteria are met and the changes are submitted in a pull request.
