[BUG] Maintenance mode toggler not working as expected

**Describe the bug**
The Maintenance mode toggler in Org Settings isn't working as expected.

**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Org Settings as Admin'
2. Click on 'Maintenance'
3. Click on ON/OFF toggler
4. Once try to click away while once clicking on the cancel button.

**Expected behavior**
It should not change to ON even if Yes was not pressed.

**Additional context**
Checking how the click away listeners work may help to find the cause.
