- Detail : 스크롤을 내릴때, 경계선이 있으면 걸려서 다음 스크롤로 내려가는 효과
### TODO
1. [ ] 전체 높이를 설정해야한다.
2. [ ] 높이에 맞게끔 걸리는 경계선을 설정해야한다.
3. [ ] 경계마다 색이 있으면 넣거나, 아니면 색을 바꾸는 효과를 넣는다.
