[error handling] ubuntu 에서 mssql 접속

**어떤 에러인가요?**
* mssql 데이테베이스를 사용하게 됨에 따라 ubuntu 환경에서 mssql에 접속 및 관리를 하려고 시도하였다. ssms 프로그램을 깔려고 wine을 설치하고 setup.exe 파일을 실행했으나 오류가 나서 실행되지 않았다. mysql 워크밴치는 mysql 외의 다른 rdms 환경에 접속이 안되었다.

* 어쩔 수 없이 데이터베이스를 등록하고 관리할 때에는 윈도우 환경에서 ssms를 실행시키고 작업을 해야 겠다.
