Start at the /upgrade route and the Plans/Layout entries shown in the React stack trace; reproduce the crash when opening the third plan in Chrome 147 on Windows 10. Trace the NotFoundError in the relevant frontend source, and consider the issue done when that plan opens without the insertBefore crash and the behavior is covered by an appropriate regression check.
