Dev Container Keeps Failing to Start

Description of the problem

The Sandbox starts as usual but then displays a red tag at the connection status indicator at the top left saying Setup failed(1/2) on click, it shows that the dev container keeps failing withe the following error:

Error Detail: says command failed: docker rm -f (hash)
at ytA (/usr/lib/node_modules/@devcontainers/cli/dist/spec-node/devContainersSpecCLI.js:465:1260)
...

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

This problem as prevented me from being able to run and preview my project

Your Environment

Start by examining the reported Dev Container setup failure and the devcontainers CLI stack trace showing docker rm -f (hash). Reproduce the failure in DevBox on Windows if possible; done means the container starts successfully and the project can be run and previewed.
