Repo imported from github org as sandbox template does not display images

Description of the problem

Hi. I ran into an issue creating sandbox templates in a workspace that contain images when imported from a GitHub Org. The problem is, that the images are not displayed.
If the repo is in my own account it works.

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

I was trying to create templates for my students.

To Reproduce

• Go to dashboard
• click on button "github-icon import"
• select last option "import template"
• paste into form field "input placeholder GitHub URL ..." https://github.com/hbk-bs/the-archive
• click onto "open URL"

Opens sandbox preview should show a page that looks like this:

But it looks like this:

Start at the dashboard GitHub import flow and reproduce the problem with https://github.com/hbk-bs/the-archive, then compare the imported sandbox with the linked preview and screenshots. Trace how image references are handled for organization repositories; done means images display in the sandbox preview and editor for an org-imported template without breaking imports from personal accounts.
