Description of the problem

Unable to start the microVM when open Devboxes

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

1. I can't do anything in my Devboxes. I try to change my VM rules but it doesn't work
2. I try to create a new Devbox, but after some minutes I can't connect to VM anymore and the error appears
3. Click Restart microVM button just refresh the tab and it does nothing

To Reproduce

1. Open a Devbox
2. Code for a while
3. Disconnected from VM and can't reconnect
4. Refresh
5. Unable to start the microVM

No source file or test is identified in the report. Start by reproducing the disconnect in the linked Devbox using the reported Chrome and Windows environment, then inspect the Restart microVM flow and its error details. Done means a Devbox can reconnect after the failure and the Restart microVM button performs the expected recovery.
