Description of the problem

We create sandbox previews for user generated code by hitting a POST at https://codesandbox.io/api/v1/sandboxes/define?json=1 endpoint and receive sandbox id as response when request is successful. But now we're frequently getting error response as

Start by reproducing the POST request to https://codesandbox.io/api/v1/sandboxes/define?json=1 and compare successful and failing responses. Review the linked create-wizard documentation and trace the sandbox creation service involved in returning the connection error. Done means valid user-generated code consistently receives a sandbox id and produces a working preview instead of an undefined embed URL.
