image

The editor is based on Monaco Editor, which is support Solidity syntax highlights. We can check in its demo.

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

Research direction

Start with the linked CodeSandbox example and compare its editor behavior with the Monaco Editor Solidity demo. Trace how the /contracts/Token.sol file is detected and assigned a language; done means Solidity syntax is highlighted in the embedded sandbox.
